I have these and am happy with them European made a decent progressive tyre that wont break the bank, got 50000km out of the last set I had, cost me €400 fitted for a set including 4 wheel alignment in Ireland.

Are they  loud?

They are average for noise depending on the road surface, probably quieter tyres out there but for all round value these are hard to beat, we don't get extreme cold or much snow here so I don't know how they would handle that, they are a summer tyre.

I like TIGAR Tyres, Manufactured in Serbia in the Michelin owned factory, i used Summer & Winter ones on my Volvo S60 & my Fabia vRS.

Hehehe belive me, Tigar tires are s*it in my country...maybe winter tigar tires, but ultimatly I woudnt buy Tigar tires if they are last in the world.

Maybe, they make better tires for Ino market, I dont know, but it is out there cheapest tire
