Guys my boot is stuck closed and will not open 

 

My dash board is shown that the boot is open 

 

 

It will not open with the middle button on the key nor will it open by pressing the buttons underneath the lid... 

 

The interior lights will not go out as boot is shown as open 

 

 

Help needed please 

look in the manual to see if there is a manual release (I'm pretty sure there is but not sure where it is on your car.)

page 300 of the manual, shows how to unlock the boot manually.  if you don't have a manual to hand, you can download it from the Skoda website.  hope you get things sorted out.
