Mallory Park - Cycling

Featured Replies

Thought i'd drop this in here for those in the Midlands area might want to try it.

https://www.cyclingmallory.com/ - safe, smooth and traffic free way to ride.

1st and 3rd Monday's are Family Nights and Wednesday's are Adult nights.

I went last night as they put on an additional Adult night - nothing major but did 16 laps (16 miles).

Can you just turn up to the adult session with your own bike and 'just ride'?

Quite fancy doing a few laps, see what times I can do :D

Yep. That's the idea, use your own bike in a traffic free environment.

Each lap is 1 mile or thereabouts so really good to build fitness and mileage.

£5 for adults

Will give it a go next time im free then

A little far away from me, but it's great fun riding on a track. Donington used to do something similar, but stopped after one two many accidents between slow family groups and fast club cyclists.

I go regularly to the weds nights with my bike. Have a mate who goes swimming in the lake at the same time as well. Decent fun for a fiver.

Do they still do a race series there? I seem to recall seeing something a while ago.

I fancy a bit more racing this year.

They do some triathlon stuff in the summer I think. Have a search on Facebook for cycling Mallory, there’s plenty of info on there.
