I presume it's just a matter of time before Skoda start monkeying with engine software to "fix" the emissions, even on the 2.0 TDI 150 engine? Has anyone here been told about it at all yet?

All S3s have EU6 engines, the 'fix' (which is actually anything BUT) was for EU5. 

 

 

I got the impression that other manufacturers (Mercedes, for example) are "fixing" (which, although it does damage performance and reliability, apparently doesn't kill pedestrians) EURO6 engines.

I'm just beginning to think that for the 2.0 150 (which doesn't use AdBlue) it all seems too good to be true!
