My 2013 Fabia vrs with 41k is valued at £5670 by WBAC, I am the second owner. Now it had a new engine at 31K, do I have to tell We Buy Any Car?

 

 

Also, I don't have a log book as it's electronic. So I can't prove the service history. I might be able to get a print out from Skoda.

You can get the print out of what is on the Skoda / Dealership system.

 

Skoda are not telling the DVLA a replacement engine is fitted so no need for you to.

So Full Main Dealer Service History if that is what it has had.
