Fit a DAB+ splitter

Hi Guys

I have bought one of these https://www.ars24.com/zubehoer/antennentechnik/dab-antennen/13248/alpine-kae-dab1g7-splitter-fuer-fm-und-dab-fuer-vw-golf-7?number=KAE-DAB1G7 that should make it possible for me to split my FM signal from the rear window antenna, into a DAB+ and an FM signal. In the Youtube video, at 8 minutes and 15 seconds in, he replaces a small unit in the rear boot of a Golf. I've been assured that the same will work on my Superb, but does anyone know if the unit that needs replacement is in the same position in a Skoda Superb. I'm not too sure how to remove the trim in that area
