Hi, after lurking around here while doing my homework before buying my Octavia vrs, I figured now Iv purchased a  vrs tdi mk2 wagon, or estate as you call them.  I mayaswell sign up.   I'll do my best to use the search function and not tread on anyone's toes.  My real name is Ben, I'm a maintenance technician/fitter turner who works at a dairy factory over here.  Iv owned turboed Subarus and evo's before and do all my car maintenance myself.  I'm 32, been married 8years now and we have little girl who's a lot of fun but keeps me on my toes.  I bought the Octavia as it's practical, comfortable, economical, but is still fun to drive.  It's standard at the moment but will not stay that way.  First job though is dmf to smf and new clutch as the current dmf is puckarooed.
