I removed my bolero infotaiment to update to columbus and returned back to origional

I made component protection removal in the dealer shop

After i returned home i found these errors

Please help me to get these functions back

"I told you so" probably doesn't help you much. Removing Component Protection isn't enough, it needs to be reenabled with your VIN and only a Škoda approved workshop can do that legitimately.

The workshop needs to connect your car to the Škoda server where it will check that the unit hasn't been reported stolen. It will then provide a SWAP code to unlock the device.

Until then it's very much a brick with a screen.

A couple of years ago I posted about Audi customers ordering cars with the cheapest infotainment option hoping to replace them with upmarket versions from third party suppliers at a fraction of the cost Audi demanded, only to discover no Audi dealer was willing (or capable?) of doing the Component Protection recoding.

My unverified suspicion is that if it wasn't part of the car's original specification it won't supply the SWAP code.

 

I hope for your sake someone can prove me wrong.
