Well a little bit of work on the car today & whilst it might not be to everyones taste, here she is

I just found it very odd you'd make a thing out of calling the car Winston after a title of "Blacker than Black".

No mention of your dad's bitch black dog as a reason for calling it that name at the time. Not many people name their car after their dad's dog. I don't think I'll bother calling mine Suki but then I don't name my cars. 

Just my opinion, right or wrong

@themanwithnoaim did you do the wheels yourself?  I've got 18in silver alloys on my order but those black wheels look fantastic.

Yeah, since jacking it up & changing the wheels it kinda looks high, didn't before, I'll see if it settles

19" tyres are £171, 18" tyres are £104, 18's are 1.75kg lighter than 19's too so, the car's faster 

 

Badges & centre caps are Superskoda yes

Off with the grille vRS badge and that's a bit of a sleeper...to people more ignorant than Briskodians anyway. The brakes and styling give it away as a vRS, anoraks will know by the brakes it's a 245

Took it off, dunno WTF glue they used to stick it on with but, the residue does not wanna come off hence, I stuck the grille badge back on.

 

I'm not happy about it though & I'm not sure I'll get over it either, possible new grille in the future

I think so well, bloody hope so too, haven't moved the car since jacked up as I want the black paint I used on the wheel hubs to dry.

 

Oh yeah, got rid of that silver too

The boot netting is maaaaaaaad!

Looks good. Not too sure about the new headlights yet, still think they spoil the front end look.
