Does anyone know if it's possible to fit a rear middle headrest in the aftermarket for a 2015 fabia estate? - it was an option on the original purchase but not specified - there is the middle seatbelt in place.

Hi Larksrise,

 

When I bought my Fabia I paid extra for the third rear headrest.

The extra middle headrest is smaller and the two chrome legs are also narrower than the outer two headrests.

 

There would need to be the two guide holes for the chrome legs for the middle headrest in the top of the backrest for it to work.

I doubt that your car would have these holes already.

 

You might be able to swap the backrest though. This might be expensive though.
