A Skoda dealer can decode them for you using ETKA. The decodes for the following options you asked about are:

1KP - disc brakes rear

1AH - ABS and EDS

3FE - glass sliding sun roof with electric drive

4K3 - radio controlled central locking system

4UE - airbag - left/right

4R4 - windows lifter, electrically operated

7AA - anti-theft alarm system with immobiliser

8GD - alternator 90A

J1L - battery 280A (60AH)

And here are some more that you didn't ask about but which my 4x4 has:

1N1 - servo steering hydraulic

3BF - exterior mirror (convex) heated and electrically operated - left

3AV - (ditto) - right

3L3 - seat with height adjustment - left/right

3NC - split rear seat and backrest - folding

8X1 - headlight washer

8WD - halogen fog lamps

Q4H - sports comfort seats (front)
