Car alarm

I started my car earlier (vrs not a keyless car)and about 10 seconds after I start the engine the alarm starts going off, this has happened a few times. Has anyone else had this? Would it be worth replacing the batteries in the key fob? Thanks in advance. Not sure if it is connected but the cabin fan keeps turning itself up on its own.

How are you unlocking the car when you get in?

The alarm is linked with the central locking & is separate from immobiliser for starting.

If you unlocked the car with the keyfob button then it should disable the alarm.

I unlocked the car with the fob, im thinking a few electrical demons, car is booked in for an inspection on Saturday. Does the immobiliser work on a radion signal of sort?
