On line service booking.

Featured Replies

My Octavia is telling me it is due an annual service as it was registered on the 29th September 2016. I purchased on 28th February 2017 with 11 miles on the clock. Pre-registered deal. Car now done about 8600 miles. I have a service plan.

So I go on the Skoda website to book a service at supplying dealer. I book a convenient date and time for me. Am told I will get two emails. One confirming the request of a service and second from dealer confirming date. I have email from dealer saying date and time is unavailable and can I ring them?

Might as well done that in the first place! So much for online booking! Anyone had similar experiences?

Booked mine in last year via online service. Turned up at dealers on the day and they had no record of my booking...thankfully they managed to fit me in anyway. Won't use the online booking system again!
