I have the heated screen (and ‘phonebook’) on my Superb and the GPS reception is better than my previous cars.

What I forgot to add, without the paid option to connect your phone to the antenna by induction

I have the heated windshield in my Kodiaq and GSM/4G/GPS reception is great. Apple Maps navigation works fine when my iPhone is in the car.

Good to know. Thanks for your informative videos on YouTube @romanv, recognized your username/location from another board.

Had several makes of vehicle with heated windscreens - never been a problem. I stream all the time in my Freelander without issues.

No issues with mine. I haven't got the antenna option but I have the heated windscreen.

Today I'll try to submit a video using Apple Carplay inside Kodiaq with the heated windshield. GPS location was found immeadiatelly on my son's iPhone that is used for games only (not allowed to wear it to school nor playground... yet).

@romanv, thank you :) I also own an Apple phone and an older Samsung Galaxy S5 device to be used with Android Auto and Google Maps
