No Media Audio

Featured Replies

Hi, just got my Yeti Elegance and I love it but....

I have to un-pair and re-pair my Galaxy s7 to get media audio, ie my audio books.  Once I turn the engine off  it loses connection,. When I get back in and turn it on the media screen is stuck on

the last thing played and no buttons will change it or connect it.  Weirdly I can then control my phone by the volume and change track buttons on the steering wheel!  I've done a radio factory reset, cleared the cache and data from my phone and wiped the cache partition.  When my phone pairs with the car  media audio flashes up for a second and then disappears leaving just phone audio and contacts. And advice would be brilliant.  Thanks

Do you have the Amundsen (Nav) or Bolero head unit?

If Amundsen, on the paired devices screen, are both the phone & music symbols green?

I have a Skoda Yeti Green line, until now with my old Samsung I always connected the mobile with bluetooth and listened music , but with a new Uawei mobile i succeed to connect but i have no music, is strange that this problem is present also with my old samsung now, i have a Tucano gifted to me by Skoda and with it all is going well.

Someone has a little suggestion , it seem that something has changed in the configurator of my SkodaYeti.

Kind regards.

I'm not sure which model it is. I've just got it. I'll check it out. Thanks.

And there are 3 different version of that!

TBH, nearly all the "problems" reported in the past have been nothing to do with the car, but with the phones.

I've tested it with a few other phones. They work ok soon guess it's a Samsung s7 problem.  Using an aux cable until it's sorted. Thanks all

Check both have been updated. No issue with my S7 and Amundsen II at all. It's always worked as it should.

What Android media player are you using? I have no issue with Poweramp and I also use Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited.
