Upgraded

Featured Replies

Traded the 1.6 Elegance yesterday for a 66 plate Scout, was a Skoda Management car, 12 months old with only 7,200 miles.

Put 200 miles on it yesterday, and enjoying the extra power and better road presence.

What's the mpg like?

Forget the mpg, I bet you'll notice the better/quietier rear suspension first, nice upgrade.

I upgraded slightly this summer too, O3 DSG TSI Elegance to a O3 fl DSG vRS245 & as McDonalds would say  "I'm loving it"

I've not done a tankful yet, but keep watching my signature and it'll update you.

Hi,

Yes, the ride is definitely better and quieter, and no "scrabbling" for grip at junctions. The extra power is good too.

That's because you have gone from old twist beam rear suspension to modern multilink rear suspension..& wider tyres....

Well, 2nd fill up completed.

Car says 45.4MPG, Fuelly says 42.9MPG

Not too bad for a first week with the car, I'm sure once it gets a few more miles it'll get a bit better.
