Just wondering if anyone has any experience or has fitted the Darkside 1.6 specific intercooler? And how it was to fit and experience using it.

i know the S3/yeti 2 litre TDi ones are popular but was thinking of something smaller for my 200bhp build but want something with the least amount of cutting of the car as possible.

 I know 2 people that have it but didn’t get pics and got someone else to fit them. 

Ahhh just bring it to me in the summer and i’ll Sort it for you

 

Excuse me resurecting this old thread. How did you manage to fit it? Did you just take it to Darkside for them to do it? I'm picking one up at some point and was interested in doing it myself.

Hutchy fitted it originally then when darkside had the car last year they used mine to redesign it and make it a better fit.
