Hi new on here, own a skoda 2004 tdi 130 classic, just going to name the faults so hopefully get help, dash is showing bonnet is open (it's not open) 

Remote central locking won't work from fob, off side rear door deadlocked, no interior lights work when open doors but will when press button , all windows a not working all shut, checked under passenger seat it was full of water.. Dried it out, found 3 wires corroded. Cut them back reconnected still not fixed any issues.. The comfort box looks fine the two connectors for to the box all look clean and bone dry.. Help please 

 

Also when the sun was out and it was warm weather it would fix itself.. Strange
