Adding aftermarket AC

Hi,

 

I am wondering if anyone has ever added AC as an aftermarket add on? I have a 2008 MK1 Octavia from the UK with an AXR engine and sadly it's the classic without AC (even though it was a taxi when I bought it). I would like to add air conditioning (not climate control as I understand that's harder) and assumed all I need is the compressor and tubing as well as a button to turn it on or off. 

 

If anyone has ever done this before could you let me know the process?
