Featured Replies

Fabia comfort, 2003 - This has come loose, (about 2 foot long slots into metal disks, black plastic)  and today I removed it, anyone know what purpose it serves?

Can't think which bit you mean.

sorry, just typed in that code and found it!

Air dam....stops the front end lifting by slowing the air flow.....most cars have this...

Bit optimistic fitting one to the front end of a 1.4TDI, ne'st pas.  Even weirder when factory fitted tyres are rated lower than the car performance.

My new 2004 1.4 TDI was fitted with the front plastic piece but when I bought another new 1.4 TDI in 2007 it was not fitted.

mY 04 car had one till one day in a holiday camp, it came off. I've always meant to replace it, but it's never made any difference- so why bother.

I wonder if Lewis has one fitted to his Maclaren, might help to keep the front wheels on the tarmac

No, they are the same bumpers, I think it was left off as a penny pinching exercise.
