Hello i have octavia 1.9tdi 2004 66kw and my seats are in bad condition. I have also a golf 4 1.9 sdi 2002 and want to swap the seats. The problem is that the golf seats are with side airbag and the octavia is without airbags. The connectors are different under seats and i didnt connected them. Now the airbag light come on golf dash. If i can deactivate the seats airbag from vcds will the light on dashboard go off? If anyone have any advice please help. Thank you.

You could put a resistor on to the airbag plug which will make the ecu think that everything is present and correct Nige8021 will probably be able to assist more because he is **** hot on octavia's !! Defiantly knows his stuff
