An RS model is no longer available at the Skoda Fabia, in the predecessor could still pull 180 hp at the front axle. From February brings Skoda for friends of dynamic compact cars at least something like an RS-Light: A Fabia special model with 1.4 TSI engine and 125 hp.

With the limited special series one wants to point out the successful motorsport season of the Fabia with three world titles in the WRC2 category (World Rally Championship).

In the regular Fabia program is the 1.0 TSI with 110 hp, the strongest petrol engine, the 125 hp four-cylinder makes the special model so truly special. It is fitted as standard with the 7-speed DSG with dry clutches. In 8.8 seconds it goes to 100 km, a maximum of 203 km / h in it.

 

 

A lowered sports suspension , a sports exhaust, the multifunction sports steering wheel and sports seats are on board the always white painted special series. The roof is black, while the 17-inch alloy wheels with WRC2 badges allow customers to choose between the colors green, white and black.

The special Fabia will be very comfortable and easy to handle in everyday life with automatic climate control, keyless entry and engine start, rain sensor, rear parking sensors and adaptive cruise control.

The predecessor also drove before as the right RS. Here is a photo from 2015.

From the Fabia 1.4 TSI special model Skoda will launch only 1,300 cars, which have to divide 21 European markets. Prices are not known yet. A suitably equipped Fabia Monte Carlo with the 110 hp 1.0 TSI three-cylinder and DSG currently costs 22,950 euros.

I still want one, as i need a not huge car that i can park easily, over take safely in and wear a top hat in. (Not a Polo fan.)

It will take a Re-map hopefully, & and as long as there are some better Brakes & Suspension than the crap currently on Mk3 Monte Carlos that will be just fine.

(Doubt that though.)

Just need to take any rubbish stickers / badges off it, wheels in black and people will just think it is like all the other Skoda with show and no go.
