Front ABS Cable

As you can see from the picture some genius has broken the mounts for the ABS cable at some point and decided the obvious fix is a stack of cable ties.

I'm not getting regular (almost continuous) ABS and traction control warning lights which the garage identified as this cable being damaged.

Does anyone know the part number for the cable?

Why does the able fork?  Just where the break hose ducks round the back you can see the fork, one branch goes down the back of the hub, the other comes forward to the sensor I presume.
