Climatronic menu dont work

just was out driving and the outside temp was -12c so i figured i set the fan to intensive mode in the climatronic menu but when i pressed the menu button nothing happend.

Anyone had this issue ?

tryed to turn the car off and start it up again but still no response from the menu button.

Did you ever got a solution for this issue? I had the same problem in Kodiaq.
