Can anyone recommend a good non smear effective screen wash please?

 

Any of them on sale anyplace that suits the minimum winter temp for your use..

Replace your wiper blades if they are causing an issue.

That is if cleaning them and the screen is not enough to stop smearing.

I use prestone concentrate which works well.

 

try cleaning your blades or replacing them - also give the inside a good clean - autoglym glass polish works well

Rubbing spirit vinegar on the screen with an old newspaper, new Bosch blades, and whatever you can get for a fair price in local shops or filling stations.
