Currently running darkside GTB2260VK turbocharger on an ASZ engine with darksides own tubular and 3" downpipe, I am currently having the issue of the copper exhaust nuts over time (ie quite a few full boost pulls @ 2.3 bar max) slowly undoing themselves, thus causing exhaust gas to leak out the top of the manifold and cover the front of my inlet in soot, which is bad enough that you can smell strong exhaust gas in the car

Anyone else running into this issue?? Or are there any ways around it

You need some nice locknuts. Not nylocks but one of the distorted thread types as shown. Might get away with lock washers but nuts would be better.

Preferably stainless or copper, yours have gone soft and stretched.
