Handover on St David's Day, to this Welsh Blooded - UPGTi Fan. Well done VW Inchcape Swindon / Orangewheels for an excellent handover .

In the flesh it looks even better , best colour combo imo. Sun /Pano roof well worth the extra outlay - just opens up the "big" small car concept perfectly.

A Cracking and not so little car.

I wonder if at some stage that they will give an option for the DSG ,for those that need or prefer to have over the manual 6 speed .

Can't be much of an engineering change.

Reference the Seat Ibiza FR, Skoda,  Golf or Audi A1 latest model.

The dude in charge of Skoda was saying in Geneva that an Electric City car is coming.

So that should mean 2 pedal availability.  If they do a Hybrid as well then that would be good. Small, nippy and efficient.

@7 minutes.

If modifying your UPGTi is your bag, then a few ideas.

Think I actually prefer more subtle changes ( Must be the Golf R in me lol)

Delivery was quoted 16-18 weeks.

Currently at 19.5 and no contact from VW yet...

That's a bummer Boss , you must be getting one of the last few off the production line . Not sure when production actually finishes , as you can no longer order new.

The online VW Tracker for the car is also rubbish , as my partners new Polo GTi Plus has just hit the UK after 9 months, tracking it's progress was a nightmare for her.

Enjoy when you get your hands on it.

Cheers,

Keith

Got it, really like it.

Three days and someone has driven into it going wrong way in a one way.

Reminds me why non-expensive new cars are a good idea.

Boss,

Glad you are liking it and having some fun.

That's a bummer for you, with that bloody idiot doing that damage.
