Has anyone used the VAG-COM software? Basically, I had a couple of tweaks done to my Fabia that I would like doing on my new Karoq (coming in April) but wondered how I would direct the dealer's service technician to the right section in the software to activate the following:-

1. AUDIBLE BEEPS WHEN LOCKING/UNLOCKING CAR PLUS INDICATORS & LIGHTS FLASH.
2. SPEEDOMETER & TACHOMETER NEEDLES “ROTATE ROUND THEN BACK” ON STARTUP.

 

Plus

3. CANTON SOUND SYSTEM - Increase volume of the Subwoofer.

I doubt very much whether any dealers would be willing to make these changes.

 

They should not be difficult to do as I imagine the coding will be the same (or very similar) to all the other MQB platform cars.

And you thought the best place to ask would be the Kodiaq boards...? 

Dealers won`t do anything aside the factory settings.

Besides, the very equipment at dealers is unable to perform most of the tweaks, as the channels are locked. That`s why VCDS exists - some smart guys have tweaked the official equipment.

 

But overall - will Superb`s tweaks  work on Kodiaq? Should be I quess?
