No the old car is in the garage they gave me a rapid with a full tank 2 weeks ago.  It came out of the show room.  Not sure they will really want me to keep hold of it for too long as ever already clocked up 1000 miles, oops that's just going to work and back.  

Yes, I guess they are desperate to get you into your new Karoq - I imagine they are twisting as many arms at Skoda(UK) as possible to expedite a suitable vehicle for you - though I suspect that Skoda(UK) is financing the buy back deal so it's in their interest to get your new car ASAP.

I agree, although I have made it clear the seats and the washers for the lights are non negotiable. I just need to wait now.
