Condensation in nearsde foglight

Featured Replies

I have got some condensation in the nearside foglight has anyone had the same problem and been able to fix it Joe

Do not think they are sealed units. So more than likely completely normal AFAIK.

I know my Golf's fog lights and even headlight lenses all get condensation especially during these colder nights as these are not sealed either, it soon disappears when things warm up :)

I get condensation inside both my fog lights in the lens corners and my main headlights lens along the DRL part when it's really cold, it evaporates quick enough after the sun shines on the lenses.

It seems to happen after it's been jet washed for about a week, I think moisture shoots into the lights somehow, and condenses on the inside of the lens when the bulbs are hot. I just put it down to physics :)
