What speakers to replace front door speakers?

I'm in need of new door speakers as my standard ones seem to be blown, they are very distorted even on low volume. I've got MK4 Golf adaptors and was told I need 6.5" speakers with maximum of 55mm depth. I saw these JVC ones eBay for £20 and was wondering if anyone who knows much about speakers/audio could tell whether these are any good? If not could you recommend me some decent ones for under £50.
