Has anyone else had this? If so how would i locate the pipe. It must have frozen over the past few days and i have went to use it and nothing........except a lovely bubbly puddle from under the bumper at the drivers side head light :-(

 

the connection to the pump you can gain access by removing the fog light on the drivers side
