My daughter's f/n window went o strike today, so I had the pleasure of stripping out the door and fault finding. In a nutshell the cable unwound itself from the drum and new regulator mechanism is on order. So as to refit the panel and regulator into the door, does anyone know the size of pop rivet I need? Ta.

Door carrier rivets are 6.4x10mm. Part number N91078801

 

Window regulator to carrier are 4.8x15mm. Part number N90765701

 

You will need a lazy tong riveter to install the carrier rivets as they are bigger than most standard pop rivet guns can handle.

Ordered a regulator ready fitted to the carrier. Transfer her speaker and such across, job done, hopefully. Thanks Lee

Speaker rivets are the same as the window regulator ones.
