Hi guys

 

So, I've just bought a new Fabia Combi 2018 model, and I opted for the Bolero system, but not the Amundsen navigation, as I thought the asking price was quite steep.

I have SmartLink so can use Apple CarPlay for navigation, but I was just thinking if I could buy a used Amundsen Navigation SD card from Ebay (they go for £30-35), and pop it in the SD slot in the glove box?

 

Does anyone know if that will work, or does it have to be fitted directly from the factory?

Bolero is missing not only second SD slot but also GPS module and some other parts on mainboard, you will NOT convert it into Amundsen...
