Implementation from new fabia to fabia 3 2015-2017

Hi fellas. As you know there are skme nw features came with new fabia. 

I wonder if some of the features can be added to our cars(fabia mk 3 style packages)

Blind spot dedection:

I have style package and it comes with rear park assistant. Blind spot detection uses right and left sensors to watch the blind spots. So if we change side mirrors becouse therr is a notification light and update sw , can we adopt this feature?

Light sensor:

This feature i want to most. With a new sensor under the humidity and rain sensors fabia can control long lights. It automaticly close and open long light if there is a vehicle ccoming from opposite direction.
