Does anyone know if this kit will fit my 2002 VRS ?  I called the supplier and they were not 100% sure and said I would have to buy the shocks and eibach springs separate for my car??  Can anyone recommend a supplier that can order me the correct kit for my car with springs?  I only wanted to lower it about 30-40mm max(because where I live its speed humps everywhere) and I have read good reviews on the b12 pro kit.

 

I`m just a bit confused because the kit fits the 1.8T 150bhp mk1 and it's listed as 1U2..

Chances are they will fit, but I went down the safe route of getting vRS-specific Bilstein B8s and H&Rs, as lower spec models may have different ARB droplink mountings. Bit more expensive but the springs will be right for the weight of the car and the dampers shortened for the shorter springs. One of site traders, DPM Performance, will be able to supply all the right bits.

Love them. Well, I did, but the car is being dismantled for parts now due to clutch and turbo failures.

@sammyhale30 @Mankee - The ARB droplink pickups on the vRS are different to those on all other Octys.

 

Also, the vRS is lower as standard, so I'd expect a kit for a 1.8T150 to not give much of a drop on a vRS anyway.

No that kit is not suitable for the VRS model.

I've done a bit more investigation.  Am I right in believing for the VRS MK1 i have to combine B8 shortened bilstein dampers
