To buy or not to buy - FABIA vRS

Featured Replies

Haldon and sister hill Telegraph - that sorts the wheat out from the chaff!

That's the first place I test a car out' date=' if it can accelerate in top gear whilst going up one of those two hills then it's got REAL useable power, if not then it's not for me!:D[/quote']

When i was a kid my dad used to drive an Escort Mark1, It was a 1100cc and it used to really struggle with Telgraph Hill. By the top of the hill dad was down to using 1st Gear!

I am glad to see so many people know Holden/Telegraph hill. Vlad is always doing 40 in forth gear by the time we get to the top.

i had a look at the skoda dealership tonight (the one in plymouth) The only used vRS I could find was a beige colour that I am not too keen on. I have a credit card that I need to pay off before I can really set the balls moving when it comes to buying a car.

Beige?!?

Fabia vRS are only in Red, Sliver, Black or Yellow.

Perhaps it was a faded yellow or covered in mud? :)

I like beige

It looked beige to me!

It was a bit dark when I went to see the car, so maybe it was just becuase of the light - it might have been the silver one.
