Bolero freezes randomly

Hello,

i have a problem with my Bolero infotainment system in Octavia RS 230 2018. 

From the very start of using my car system freezes and then restarts randomly. Most cases are (its my observation) related with putting reverse gear (camera view should show up) before fully start up of bolero system (bluetooth connection - iphone 8 plus with the newest ios, performance mode selection etc). To decrease chance of freeze I have to wait around 30 sec for finishing startup process (The worst thing about it is that it’s not the perfect solution, because even after waiting it can freeze...).

I checked update page for my car and they dont have any software for me. 

Anyone had similar problem? How fast your bolero connected via bluetooth with phone starts up? Should I call skoda service and make them check it/replace?

I know its hard to understand, let me know if more detailed description is needed
