All radio data vanishing on columbus?

Featured Replies

This has happened three times since I got the car which is four weeks, I get in car and all the radio stations are empty, is this just my car or has anyone else got this problem not good if every couple of weeks I have to keep inputting all the stations

I've read several stories about this in social media.
it's not a fix for this, according to the same stories.

Probably a poor battery

Try key in key out. Cured mine every time (after recharging battery... on my OLD car). Is it possible your car was supplied with a somewhat discharged battery?

Hi Freedie  my stop start works fine and its keyless so battery must be fine? that doesn't sound good then Sletto

That's why we have warranty. Ring the dealer and enquire on the availability of their courtesy cars and book it in.

Drop off your car and drive away in theirs, its then their problem and not yours.
