Hi all,

 

I'm brand new to the forum and brand new to the Skoda family having just picked up my Octavia VRS Blackline Estate a week ago today (after not-so-patiently waiting for the finance to finish on my Fiesta). My wife also recently bought a Skoda Rapid sport Hatchback which she's very happy with. 

 

Looking forward to learning more about the brand and our 2 models in particular.

Welcome to Briskoda, I'm originally a Cheshire boy too, now residing over t'other side, and yes, it's mizzly here too, though my rhubarb seems to be enjoying the colder wetter winter/spring.

Still got several relatives in Cheshire, so over Woodhead quite often!

 

Enjoy your new motors, yes, plenty of helpful and enthusiastic Octy and Rapid owners on here!

 

Useful if you add approx location, and brief cars details into your "signature" thing via Profile....

 

Now on my second Skoda, previously a Mk1 Fabia 1.4PDtdi, both cars re-mapped for (even) better fuel economy, though the winter tyres on now clobber the mpg down about 2 or 3mpg.
