Hi just encountered my first problem, new car new 9.2 Columbus. When’s to car this morning and no sound from radio or media player, have checked mute button and volume buttons and a couple of re starts but nothing, any ideas anyone?

Try a reset?

 

hold down the power button until you see the screen shutdown and then go through the boot process.
