As per title is there such a thing for this car/engine?

 

Had one on the golf MK4 and liked the feel.

I’ve been looking but can’t seem to find anything 

1.2 TSI aswell if anyone knows.

Anyone got a picture of the gear linkage ??

 

Emailed creation Motorsport, they may have one for us (1.6 TDI)

Btw as anyone tried both 1.2 tsi and 1.6 tdi and found the 1.2 gears very light and vague in comparison? My dads tdi has a much better feel and tightness and I wonder if there is something off with my tsi gears.

It's definitely shorter than what it was, need to reapply some grease a little more.  Other than that I like it and really is a piece of **** to fit 

 

Only other thing I'd say to do is reset the linkages

When you look at the picture above 

 

Where the right linkage that attached used to be under the 13mm bolt just at the side so it is closer to the spline

did you had to lock the gear knob in place?

You can do, but I just locked it from the engine side

Other than shorter does it feel tighter ?
