This is the first time in 3 years of driving my car that this symbol has came up a picture of 2 cars with an exclamation mark between. I assume it's a warning that I was too close to another car. The  raidar system is turned on and there was no warning chime or grinding of brakes . Have I discovered a safety feature I did not know I had Joe

This warning means that the car thinks you're too close to the car in front.

 

Generally speaking, it is correct.

As above,it happens to me now and again because I'm too close to the car in front.

I suppose it coming on only once in 3 years is not bad going  Joe
