Just saying hello - picking up my new to me car tomorrow, Superb Sportline estate. 

 

Looking forward to coming back into the VAG fold after 4 years with a workhorse of an Xtrail.

A warm welcome to the Forum!  How did you find the X trail.  Some of my farmer friends swear by them.

Oldmansomerset - I really liked the Xtrail. It was pretty much bombproof and apart from wearing parts and a wiper motor it never gave any bother at all. I work to the electricity board so it was perfect for hauling test gear anywhere and everywhere and never got stuck no matter where I took it. It was just getting too old for the books at work unfortunately and I fancied something a bit different than the new xtrails.

Thanks Jed. So far so good - just slightly scared at the ammount of technology I need to try and get my head around!
