Aftermarket central locking kit

Featured Replies

A few years back I fitted a simalar kit to a mazda 323F I had. It took a day to fit as you have take the door cards apart etc, but I just followed the include instructions and took my time. It worked first time and I had no problems at all. The kit I had did cost a little more thought but it was around 12 years ago.  I'd say make sure any kit you by is Skoda suitable as it needs the right electrical connection and stuff.

I bet you can't get that kit to fit without making custom parts for it. If you have a good set of tools and some bits of scrap metal lying around and a enjoy a challenge I would say go for it.

Then again, even when you have got the actuators positioned where they need to be, you still need to get the damn thing wired up and working

Has your car already got key operated central locking, or non at all. If key operated central locking it may be worth looking for BKA400001A which is a genuine Skoda upgrade kit.
