Order for a new Skoda Superb

Featured Replies

I've heard a rumour that there is a production issue with the Superb 190bhp diesel, in that it now can't be manufactured to the new 7 speed DSG gearbox, and that Skoda are cancelling orders. Does anybody know anything about this, as I am about to order a new Superb, but am a bit worried now.

Have not read anything regarding the 190dsg but perhaps there is some confusion over the ordering of petrol Superb's due to the addition of the GPF?

Scratch the above, another poster has just mentioned the same issue.

Wasn't there something on here recently about 190s being 4x4 only going forwards? I remember thinking that is a shame as it would put me back in a 150 next time around due to fuel economy.

I thought the 190tdi was always only 4x4?

Could be wrong but that's the only 190 diesel that was available to me when I ordered my sportline in December last year, I was considering it but decided on the 220 instead.

My 2017 L&K is 190 2WD.
