Emissions recall issue

Featured Replies

My Superb was done but has no sticker.  The dealer has the service action officially logged on the service sheets.  A Skoda dealer should be able to print out a FSH on request.

Hi. Can you still claim for this. I have a 2011 1.6 Octavia estate. I bought the car this year and I found a certificate for the 23R6 in with the paperwork?

thanks

No idea why you've used strikethrough ;)

If you car has 160,000 miles or less and the fix was applied in the last two years, your car should still be covered by the trust building measure.

@Tezza2020

What is it you want to claim for, is the car faulty and is it the Peace of mind guarantee that you want to use to have some repair / fault sorted?

Hi. Sorry not sure why the text did that!!

The car is on 77k, but this was fitted in July 17. The car holds back and I was wondering if this was the cause!

Do yourself a favour and have it rolled back to a prefix file.

Has it been like this the whole time or is it a new problem?

Given that the update was done nearly three years ago you won't be able to avail of the Trust Building Measure but you might be able to make a case for goodwill if it has a full Skoda FSH (assuming something is actually wrong).
