Today I tried to open passenger door,  but  when I pulled the handle it does  not opened door but just blocked in one position and does not work any more.

Please  see attached picture.

Anybody has this problem?

Do you think is it qualifies for warranty repair?

Agreed. Check that the doors lock. If not, call Skoda Assistance and (unless you have a lockable garage) have it recovered to a secure place / dealer premises. I had the same problem (IIRC on a Jag S type). Easy fix, done under warranty. But that is a red rag to a thief if parked in the open. 

It was fixed under warranty.

But now it is happened again my warranty finished in November.

 

Do you have any idea how much cost to repair it?

I just removed cover and noticed that screw is damaged

I have attached photos the door which was repaired in Jonsons Skoda Birmingham in May 2018,

And the next photo a good door.

It looks that they damaged screw. 

My warranty finished in November, and I did not see it before.

 

Do I have any rights for complaint and any chance free repair?
