Kodiaq driver flashes another Kodiaq !!!!

Featured Replies

What’s that all about?

I know there aren’t a lot around, but is it normal for one Kodiaq to actually flash at another coming the other way?

Happened to me yesterday and I certainly had no intention of flashing at another car that looked a bit like mine.

When I flash, it means something else.

I thought that went out with the passing of the “New Mini” around 2002.

Used to get it in my lotus and my mate gets it in his defender all the time. Figure it is a nice thing though ... don't be so grumpy :)

I had it on the A1 last weekend. I overtook a red one which was towing a caravan and he flashed me. Either that or I was driving like a knob. :D I agree with jasoncmiles. I thought it was nice. :)

Used to get this with the MX5.  Not a flash, just a raised hand/wave.  Nice part of ownership.

Yeti owners have been known to flash and wave, obviously they are a cheerier bunch than Kodiaq owners. :)

I would presume It's something similar along the lines of a friendly biker to biker nod.

Maybe we need to start a "spotted a fellow Kodiaq" thread :D

Definitely...on another forum that I frequent, one of the members (went from Yeti to Kodiaq) makes a new thread for every Kodiaq he sees!
