Replacing rear washer jet / cover on Monte Estate

Featured Replies

So somehow the cover over the rear washer on the wiper arm went missing from my car a few weeks ago.

i ordered a new genuine one and it doesn’t seem to remotely fit.

Anyone had had to replace this before? Is there a specific way to fit it or himageproxy.php?img=&key=66c1d7df650950daave I got the wrong part?

Did you check the part against your vehicle year/VIN?

There was a change to the rear wiper blade itself late 2011/early 2012 so the related fittings may have been modified too.

If you obtained it from the main dealer and used your reg or vin number, they got it wrong, not you. Get them to supply the correct part you paid for!

It looks like there is a change to the wiper from May 2013 onwards. My car is registered Feb '14 on a 63 plate which means it has the rear aero wiper, which the earlier cars don't seem to have.

This one looks like it should fit, part no 1K8955435
